Unlimited Calls Policy

Unlimited Calls – Minute Credit Policy

All Unlimited Caller plans include a monthly call-minute credit allocation based on a standard full-time work schedule.

  • 8 hours per day
  • 5 days per week
  • Equivalent to 160 hours per month
  • 9,600 minutes per month per AI agent

These minutes may be used for inbound and outbound calls, combined.

Once the included 9,600 monthly minutes are consumed, additional call time is billed at:

  • $0.079 per minute

Overage charges are calculated monthly and billed automatically.

  • Minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle
  • Unused minutes do not roll over
  • Applies per AI agent
  • No hard cutoff — calling continues seamlessly with overage billing
