AI Caller 30-Day Trial

Service Provider: IPPBX Group (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
Platform: IPPBX × WorkforceSync — AI Caller, Intake & CRM System (“Service”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the AI Caller 30-Day Trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any applicable addendums for specific integrations (e.g., SIP, OpenAI, or CRM connectors). If you do not agree, do not activate or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The AI Caller Service automates outbound and inbound call handling, intake, follow-ups, and CRM logging through AI-driven workflows. Each account is deployed in a secure, isolated container environment using either your own SIP/API credentials or those provided by us for trial purposes.

3. Trial Period

  • The trial period lasts 30 calendar days beginning from your activation date.
  • During the trial, you receive access to a full production environment — not a sandbox or demo.
  • You may cancel anytime during the first 30 days with no penalty and no questions asked.
  • After the trial, continued use will automatically convert to a paid subscription under the selected plan unless canceled prior to the trial’s expiration.

4. Setup and Deployment

  • Upon signup, we create your private AI container workspace.
  • You may either connect your own SIP trunk / API key or request temporary access through our shared infrastructure.
  • The Service begins live call deployment typically within 24 hours of verification.

5. Data and Privacy

  • All call records, logs, and transcripts are stored securely and remain your property.
  • You retain full rights to export your data anytime.
  • The Company may collect aggregated, anonymized performance data solely for quality improvement and analytics.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
  • The Service complies with applicable telecommunications, AI, and privacy laws, including TCPA (U.S.) and GDPR (EU), where relevant.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
  • Obtain proper consent for any outbound calls, recordings, or automations executed by your AI Caller.
  • Provide accurate configuration details (e.g., business name, caller ID, contact lists).
  • Maintain security of your credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local calling and data-privacy regulations applicable to your region and industry.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Send or automate spam, fraud, or misleading calls.
  • Record conversations without consent where prohibited by law.
  • Deploy AI voices or scripts for deceptive or impersonation purposes.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written authorization.

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Billing and Renewal

  • If a payment method was provided, you authorize automatic billing upon conversion to a paid plan after the 30-day trial.
  • Pricing is displayed transparently on our Plans page and may vary by configuration.
  • You may cancel prior to renewal to avoid future charges.

9. Service Availability and Support

We strive for 99.9% uptime and provide human support via live chat or ticket. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or third-party outages (e.g., SIP carriers or AI providers). We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, code, design, and trade names remain the property of IPPBX Group and its affiliates. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active period.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the preceding 30 days of Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss or missed business opportunities.

12. Termination

You may cancel anytime during or after the trial. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all data remains exportable for 14 days before permanent deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
