Do you include OpenAI usage in the price?
We require BYO OpenAI API key for transparency and compliance. You see usage directly and control model selection.
Is calling truly unlimited?
Yes, per agent β we donβt meter minutes. Telephony provider fees are billed at cost or via your account.
Can we bring our own CRM?
Start without CRM (Sheets/webhooks), add our CRM later, or connect to Odoo/HubSpot/Salesforce in the VA package.
